Why Erigo exists

Empowering organizations to unlock human potential through competency-based development.

Competency has long been treated as something abstract: difficult to measure, impossible to compare, and almost never connected to business outcomes. We wanted to change that.

Erigo was founded with the conviction that competency is an organization's most important asset, and that it deserves the same precision and infrastructure as financial data.
